NELE DEMEULEMEESTER

Nele Demeulemeester is a textile designer who is fascinated about the boundaries of the weaving technique and it’s architectural character.

She obtained a master's degree in textile design at KASK in 2023, with her project ‘Schering & Inslag’. An investigation into the architectural possibilities of the hand weaving technique.

Currently working as a freelancer, she also works for a weaving mill where she continues to expand her knowledge.
